Participants will be divided into Zoom breakout rooms of two to six people per “room.” I will try to divide native Spanish and English speakers equally between rooms.
Every 15 minutes, I will notify participants that it is time to change languages. The meeting will last 3 hours. Attendees are free to leave early. There is no charge.

WHEN TO LOG IN
Please log in anytime during the first hour of the event. If you would only like to chat for 2½ or 2 hours, I suggest logging in a half hour or an hour after the event starts.
Participants logging in during the first 10 – 15 minutes may face “traffic jams” as the hosts divide dozens of new arrivals into breakout rooms. Participants who have changed their display names (as described below) will be admitted into the event from the “waiting room” and transferred to breakout rooms more quickly.
A host will remain in the ‘main room’ to greet new arrivals throughout the event.
Before joining the meeting, please change your Zoom “display name” in Zoom “Settings” to list your native language as your first name. Example: “Timothy MadridESL” could become “English Timothy.” This will make it easier to assign participants to breakout rooms.
