To follow her passion, Michiko Marron-Kibbey moved with her husband to Paris in 2017, where she attended the Ferrandi culinary school and worked at Mori Yoshida, a Franco-Japanese pastry and chocolate shop. Now based in San Diego, she has launched Deux Cranes, a chocolate and bon bon business that blends the flavors of both Japan and Paris.
